CBD Vaping: Is it Worth it?

Have you ever heard of CBD? Maybe you haven’t, or perhaps you have but feel negatively towards it because of its associate and often comparison to marijuana. Or maybe you’re in fact familiar with CBD and its high list of benefits. Regardless of how much or little you know about CBD, this article is designed to teach you a thing or two about the benefits of vaping CBD!

So what is CBD?

Cannabinol, otherwise known as CBD, is an extract from the hemp plant. It’s often perceived in a negative light because many people assume it has the same effects as marijuana, whereas in reality it has no psychoactive effects at all because CBD doesn’t contain any THC, also known as tetrahydrocannabinol, the active compound in marijuana that gets you high.

So what’s so great about CBD?

There is a long list of benefits to using CBD, and although it can be consumed in a variety of different forms, however, today we want to dive specifically into the wonders of vaping it.

For a long time, CBD was often frowned upon for its association to cannabis, but research has unearthed through a vast number of studies that a wide dynamic of patients attest to the difference CBD has been able to contribute to a treatment to their illnesses. From relieving pain, helping with anxiety and depression, reducing acne, calming and relaxing the mind, diabetes prevention, anti-tumor effects and much, much more the list of benefits just goes on and on!

In fact, some studies have even indicated that CBD has aided in reversing some of the effects of cancer. Although it can’t cure it, it’s been seen to have successfully reduce some of the pain patients with cancer endure when no other medication seems to work, as well as an aid in the reduction of side-effects such as nausea or vomiting, caused by chemotherapy. Beyond that, CBD is believed to perhaps have some neuroprotective properties, as in a study shown with patients who suffered from severe epilepsy, the use of CBD reduced the risk of seizure by upwards to 36% of the patients. Furthermore, CBD was reported to raise the quality of life for patients suffering from Parkinson’s disease as well as Alzheimer’s disease. Other studies have also strongly indicated that CBD helps significantly with patients with high-blood pressure, which means that CBD could potentially benefit heart health too!

But why vape CBD?

Why should you vape CBD as opposed to other methods of intaking it? Well, although you’ll feel similar effects regardless of how you decide to use it, vaping it is considered to be among the best forms of CBD intake because sending the CBD through your digestive tract ends up limiting how much of the CBD your body is able to use. When vaping oil directly which is nurtured from the hemp plant, it enters the bloodstream with ease, which results in you feeling its effects quicker and longer. Furthermore, a CBD vape makes the CBD bioavailable in your body fast, which means that your body will also respond more positively to the CBD, and enjoy its effects more fluently.

But is CBD really for me?

At the end of the day, it really comes down to whether or not you believe you could reap the benefits of CBD. Although CBD can be very beneficial to those suffering from serious illnesses, it doesn’t mean you can’t live a slightly more care-free life as a result of vaping it. If you’re an individual that’s anxious or suffers from depression, and you haven’t tried using CBD, give it a whirl, what is there to lose? It could end up helping you tremendously. If you’re an athlete and you’re constantly straining your body, CBD won’t only help in relaxing your mind, but also your body. It’s important to let your body rest and heal after you’re over-asserting yourself a lot, and vaping it could make a huge difference in your performance.

If you haven’t given CBD a try yet, there’s no harm in trying it out, and maybe you’ll realize that you can benefit from it too! If you are familiar with CBD but haven’t vaped it, you’ll surely feel it’s much more distinct presence if you give it a go.
